Leslie Petry is a highly accomplished marketing executive with over 25 years of experience developing marketing strategies, scaling organizations, and influencing industries through thought leadership. An entrepreneur at heart, Leslie is passionate about creating a sustainable future for our planet and brings a unique blend of skills across climate tech, high tech, digital media, and non-profits.

She has built marketing strategies and launched products and services across early stage start ups and multi-billion dollar companies. Leslie currently sits on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Women in Cleantech & Sustainability. For the past eight years, Leslie led strategic programs and marketing across Meta’s publisher, ad tech, and partnership businesses. She has held leadership positions at Neustar, Aggregate Knowledge, Hara Software and National Semiconductor.

  • At Meta, worked with C-suite executives on strategic programs and partnership marketing. Track record of landing leadership positions in key industry analyst reports, building a network of influencers and advocates, and creating brand value that drove exponential growth.

  • Spearheaded Neustar’s first “platform” launch, integrating seven acquisitions and 40+ products into a compelling best-in-class suite of solutions to compete with established industry leaders (Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, IBM).

  • Repositioned Aggregate Knowledge from a data management platform to a media intelligence platform, leading to strategic exit at 12x revenue within 15 months.

  • Grew Hara’s global SaaS business to over 50+ Fortune 500 customers and 15,000 buildings in more than 100 countries. Enabled customers to analyze, track, report and execute against cost savings opportunities, environmental compliance/ESG requirements, and GHG emissions targets. Grabbed 30% global and 50% US market share through wins with Coca Cola, Hasbro, and Safeway.

  • Created a completely new Renewable Energy product line within the photovoltaic market space focused on power optimization. Grew US business 2X by packaging hardware, software, and services. Innovative commercialization process led to patent filing.
